Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Tengyunzi provides digital self-knowledge content based on traditional BaZi, Ganzhi, and Five-Element frameworks. Reports are educational and reflective. They are not fortune-telling guarantees, medical or psychological diagnosis, legal advice, financial or investment advice, or a substitute for qualified professional care.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a report. You are responsible for access to your email account and for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not access another person's reports without permission.

3. Free previews

Free previews are offered subject to account, device, and usage limits. We may change limits or suspend abusive activity. A free preview does not promise that every future report will use identical wording.

4. Paid reports and prices

The immediate standard BaZi report is virtual digital content sold as a one-time purchase. The personal reading written by Tengyunzi is a one-time service, normally offered at US$99. The one-time 12-Month BaZi Forecast PDF is US$88. The Reading + Annual Forecast Bundle is US$169 and includes both written reports as two PDFs. Each final price is displayed before checkout and verified again by the server. These report purchases do not automatically renew.

5. Email products and membership

The general Daily Almanac email is free and can be stopped from any message. The Personal Monthly BaZi Forecast is a separate paid membership offered at US$9.90 monthly or US$69 yearly. It renews automatically through PayPal until you cancel in PayPal. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Pausing monthly forecast delivery on Tengyunzi does not cancel PayPal billing.

6. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by PayPal. After an immediate-report payment is captured and verified, AI report generation begins and the result is saved to the Tengyunzi email account. A US$9.99 I Ching Decision Reading unlocks one question, three server-generated cast values, and one English interpretation; its question and recorded cast cannot be rerolled within the same order. After a US$99, US$88, or US$169 written-product payment is captured and verified, the order enters Tengyunzi's writing queue and is delivered to the intake email within 72 hours. A Bundle delivery contains two PDF attachments. The free general Daily Almanac is scheduled each day around the subscriber's selected local delivery hour. Active paid members receive one personal forecast when a new BaZi solar month is detected. Exact email time may vary because of provider, network, or maintenance delays. See the Delivery Policy.

7. Interpretation and accuracy

The immediate report is generated with AI from calculated BaZi data and a dedicated structured prompt. The personal reading, one-time 12-month forecast, and Bundle reports are reviewed and written personally by Tengyunzi from the chart and intake information. Annual products may use the two events selected at checkout as planning scenarios. The free Daily Almanac translates general traditional calendar information. The paid monthly forecast compares the submitted natal pillars with annual and monthly pillars using a structured heuristic for element balance and branch interactions. These services are interpretive cultural content. Unknown birth hour, unresolved birthplace, incorrect inputs, and the nature of interpretation can affect the result. You remain responsible for your decisions and should independently verify information that matters.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful activity.
• Do not bypass rate limits, authentication, payment checks, or security controls.
• Do not scrape, resell, mass reproduce, or commercially redistribute site content or report templates without permission.

9. Intellectual property

The website, visual design, software, prompts, report structure, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may save, print, and share your own report for personal, noncommercial use.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Checkout may be paused when report generation is unavailable. We may update features, providers, limits, prices for future orders or renewals, or these terms. Changes do not alter the price of an order already captured or a subscription period already paid.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tengyunzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of reflective report, almanac, or forecast content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
