Delivery Policy

1. Free preview
After you enter valid birth details and sign in by email, the free three-part preview is generated online and saved to My Readings. Usage limits may apply.
2. Immediate AI reports
After PayPal captures and verifies the displayed one-time payment, generation of the complete English BaZi report begins automatically. For a paid I Ching Decision Reading, payment unlocks three server-generated casts; the English interpretation begins after all three values are recorded and the customer requests the reading. These services are intended for immediate delivery and are usually available within a few minutes. Provider congestion or temporary network errors may take longer.
3. Written reports by Tengyunzi
After PayPal captures and verifies the one-time payment, the submitted chart details, question, and selected events enter Tengyunzi's writing queue. The US$99 Personal Reading and US$88 12-Month Forecast are each delivered as one PDF to the intake email within 72 hours. The US$169 Bundle is delivered as two PDF attachments within the same period.
4. Free Daily Almanac
After free signup, the general Chinese calendar email is scheduled around the selected local delivery hour. It includes the lunar date, daily pillars, solar term, traditional supportive activities, cautions, clash, and directions. It does not use the subscriber's birth chart.
5. Personal Monthly BaZi Forecast
After an active PayPal subscription is verified and the birth profile is enabled, one personal forecast is generated when the BaZi solar month changes. It compares the natal chart with the annual and monthly pillars and includes element guidance, branch interactions, operating posture, and career, wealth, relationship, and wellbeing sections. Unknown birth hour is accepted with reduced scope.
6. Where content is delivered
The AI report is delivered inside the Tengyunzi account associated with the authenticated email address. Return to My Readings to revisit it. The US$99 Personal Reading, US$88 12-Month Forecast, and US$169 Bundle are delivered to the intake email. Free Daily Almanac and paid monthly forecast emails are delivered to the saved email address.
7. Generation safeguards
AI checkout may be temporarily unavailable when report-generation providers cannot accept new work. If payment is captured but generation fails, the order is retained for recovery and support. Do not submit a second payment for the same report while the first order is still processing. Delivery records prevent duplicate free daily emails for one local date and duplicate paid forecasts for one solar month.
8. Missing or delayed delivery
For an AI report, refresh My Readings after several minutes. For a written report or Bundle, contact us if 72 hours have passed without delivery. For an email product, confirm that its delivery setting is active, check spam or promotions folders, and verify the account email and selected time zone. Then email hello@tengyunzi.com or use the Contact page with the relevant PayPal order or subscription ID.
9. Pause and unresolved delivery
You may stop the free Daily Almanac from any message and pause the paid monthly forecast from the membership page. Pausing paid email does not cancel future PayPal charges. Cancel automatic renewal separately through PayPal. If a captured order or paid membership service cannot be delivered or restored after reasonable support attempts, it may qualify for a refund under the Refund Policy.
