Refund Policy

1. Eligible cases

• You were charged more than once for the same report or decision reading.
• Payment was captured but the report, paid cast, or interpretation could not be generated, written, or restored after reasonable support attempts.
• The captured amount differed from the final price displayed before checkout because of a confirmed system error, including the US$9.99 I Ching Decision Reading, US$88 annual report, or US$169 Bundle.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

2. After digital delivery

Once an AI report or paid I Ching interpretation has been generated and made available, the digital service has been delivered and the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Disagreement with a reflective interpretation is not, by itself, a technical failure.

3. Written product cancellation

For a Personal Reading, 12-Month Forecast, or Bundle, contact us immediately if you need to cancel. A full refund may be issued if Tengyunzi has not started reviewing or writing the report. Once personal work has begun, refund eligibility depends on the work completed and applicable law. If the complete order is not delivered within 72 hours and no revised delivery time is accepted, you may request a full refund.

4. Personal Monthly BaZi Forecast cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future Personal Monthly BaZi Forecast renewals through PayPal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the paid period. The current subscription period is generally non-refundable after the first personalized monthly forecast has been delivered, except for duplicate charges, confirmed service failure, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Pausing forecast email on Tengyunzi does not cancel PayPal billing. The general Daily Almanac is free and can be stopped from any message.

5. Incorrect birth information

You are responsible for checking birth details before report generation, personal writing, or paid monthly forecast delivery begins. A service based on information you entered incorrectly is generally not refundable. You can update the Personal Monthly BaZi Forecast profile for future emails. The free Daily Almanac does not use birth details. Contact support promptly; where practical, we may help correct or regenerate a report as a courtesy.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@tengyunzi.com or use the Contact page. Include your account email, PayPal order or subscription ID, payment date, product, and a short description. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of the charge.

7. Review and return method

We normally review complete requests within one to three business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction. Bank or card posting times are controlled by PayPal and your financial institution.
